Neil Diamond is Live and in Concert

Sweet Caroline, now is your chance to see one of the greatest contemporary singers and song writers to take the stage.  Neil Diamond is on tour, with his wistful melodious voice leaving audiences as spell bound as when he first rolled out with “Brother Love’s Traveling Show.”

While rated the third most successful contemporary artist ever on the Billboard charts, ranking just below Elton John and Barbara Streisand, his song writing will be remembered with the same long term endearment as Bob Dylan.  Picking up lyrics that include “Song Sung Blue” and “Red, Red Wine”, his music has been replayed by numerous international performers enchanted with the soulful depths of his messages.

There really is nobody quite like Neil Diamond.  He spreads across the music board, appealing to the young the old, the fine attunement of classical lovers and the cheering crowds of rock and roll fans.  Sometimes he twangs with a hint of country, other times, it’s just a tender melody designed to pull at your heart strings.

In 2010, he released the album ‘Dreams’, a collection of 14 interpretations of his favorite songs by other artists from the rock era. Later that year, Diamond made an appearance on NBC’s ‘The Sing-Off’, performing “Ain’t No Sunshine” along with Committed and Street Corner Symphony.  On May 27, 2011, he appeared on Irish Television in a live recording in front of a celebrity audience.

This year the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will be touring North American breaking out all his classic hits that have regaled fans for twenty-three years.

Besides his upcoming tour, Diamond will be making guest appearances at the Kennedy Center Honoree, NBC’s Tree Lighting at Rockefeller and as a special guest on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.  You’re bound to be a believer the first time you see this icon of rock and roll history live and you’ll be convinced you should be forever in blue jeans.  Check your concert guide for this Grammy award-winning performer whose songs have made him a legend and a household name.
